Banana Island, Day One

Smoothie of 8 x Bananas, 2 x Dates

800g Green Grapes,

Vegetable Stir-fry

1 x Kiwi

Water: 2.5 liters

Total Calories: 1883

Total: 90/5/5

I felt really good after the smoothie this morning, was pretty huge tho it took me quite a while to drink it all, and didn’t feel hungry till maybe 2pm.

Next meal was 800g of Green Grapes, because it’s high in water content i found myself needing more so i ate whole lot! and 800g is huge!

After the Grapes tho for about 30 mins i had chest pain, I don’t have any idea why, or what caused it but that’s defiantly something for me to look into.

The main thing i struggled with today was the fact i was craving something with more of a bite, i did resist the temptation of some naughty foods (one particular of which is going to be my worst obstacle) but i ended up having a huge crunchie stir fry instead.

I was defiantly pleased with the 90/5/5 outcome after i added up all my food into the CRONometer i thought the stir fry would’ve really made a difference. 

It’s now 7pm at night and i don’t feel hungry at all so i think i can go through till morning now until my next smoothie.

Overview

Learning some recipes for the future will help a great deal as i found myself really craving for a lesser sweet meal, something with more of a bite like a huge salad with an amazing dressing.

And drink more water

Well I’m off on the holiday of a lifetime!

Banana Island. Yes, there is such a place, and a place i hope to visit often

I’ve started the day with a scrumptious Smoothie: 8 x Bananas & 4 Dates

Everyday I’ll post as much information as possible, What i eat, What i feel, calories, exercise just as much as possible so i can use this as a journal type thing… a place where i can look back on highs and lows and learn from.

Struggling but… learning

I didn’t get through all my fruit. Whenever I’ve tried this in recent weeks i just cant eat enough calories through the day, i ate about 1,500 calories which is nowhere near the amount I’m aiming for.

With work i just couldn’t possibly fit all my fruit in. I started at 8am But already by then I’d ate 400g of grapes, mid-morning I’d had 4 apples and then didn’t find time to eat again till 6ish when I’d finished, and i really don’t want to be eating into the evening.

I need to come up with a plan to eat whilst at work, i know 99% of people must have the same problem so i need to hunt for advice

Just got into work 7:56am, walked here as I always do, it’s about 3 miles.

Eaten 400g of green grapes on the way but now feel like a chest pain, it’s not that bad that I can’t stand it, it’s just a bit uncomfortable.

I think maybe I’ve not drank enough water.

Right, it’s Wednesday 26th October 2011…

All i really want to say is the past 2 hours may become the most important 2 hours of my life.

I’ve been to the supermarket, created an e-mail and created a tumblr account. It’s as simple as that
